Business Meeting-
Paradise Diner
February 21, 2010
Membership Update- John Z. discussed the
status of new memberships and clarified the
need to for existing members to renew their
membership.
John Z. shared with the Club that Richie S. has
stickers and patches available for purchase.
John Z. expressed his displeasure over the use
of the private room at the Paradise Diner. The
officers will be working with the Manager of the
diner to find an amicable solution.
Brian S. and his wife have created business
cards for the members to use not only to
promote the Club but to also use for discounts
at places such Gold Coast Motorsports and
other possible locations.
Ron B. shared with the group the possibility of
placing ads on the website to generate revenue
for the Club. Some members expressed a
concern that this might bring too many new
members into the Club. Others expressed
concerns that they didn’t want to see the
website become too commercialized. We had a
vote and it was decided to continue with this
concept with the understanding that if, in the
future, the commercialization of our website will
have a negative effect of any type, we will be
able to remove the commercial aspects of the
changes and return to the current concept.
John Z. also informed the Club that there would
be an Officer’s meeting on 2/24 to discuss
some concerns shared with him by a few Club
members.

sleeve shirts given out at the February
14 Meeting were the wrong ones.
Please return them to Jim D. or Rob VB.
The corrected shirts will be distributed
at the next breakfast meeting.
A limited number of shirts are still
available. Please contact Jim D. for
sizes. Payment for the shirts can be
sent via PayPal (libmwrc@gmail.com)
or mail Ron B. a check payable to
LIBMWRC.
