Long Island Riders

The Long Island BMW Rider’s Club is a not-for-profit incorporated club, established in 1996, and founded by BMW Motorcycle Owners on Sept. 9th, 1997.  It was organized for motorcycle enthusiasts in the Long Island, New York metropolitan area.

We are a charter club of the BMW MOA charter #268 and a charter club of the BMW Riders Association International (RA), charter #282.

The club's members have joined together to pursue and protect the interests of motorcyclists, to benefit each other through shared knowledge and expertise to heighten the understanding of motorcycling in the community.

The club meets weekly on Sunday mornings at breakfast sessions at local diners. The focus is on BMW motorcycles and associated related issues and topics.

LIBMWRC Welcomes men and women riders regardless the brand of motorcycle owned and ridden. The club promotes safety and responsible operation of all motorcycles and adherence to motor vehicle rules and regulations.
